Find concise answers about the catalog, checkout, receiving-dealer transfers, delivery, returns, and account privacy. Requirements can vary by item and destination, so order-specific notices and the receiving dealer’s instructions still control.

Shopping and product information

What does Gun Bunny sell?

The catalog covers sourced firearm configurations and related merchandise such as ammunition, magazines, optics, secure storage, maintenance equipment, hearing protection, and eye protection. Checkout eligibility and delivery route are shown for the exact item.

How should I compare similar products?

Compare the manufacturer, exact model, SKU or UPC, caliber or fitment, capacity, dimensions, generation, finish, and included accessories. Category names and representative photography are not enough to establish an exact match.

Can prices, inventory, or specifications change?

Yes. Availability, price, promotions, specifications, photography, and packaging can change. Gun Bunny reviews the exact order before acceptance and corrects material errors when identified.

Does a product listing guarantee that it is legal at my destination?

No. Product availability depends on the exact item, customer, destination, and current federal, state, local, and tribal requirements. Site notices help with routing but do not replace order review or qualified legal guidance.

FFL transfers

What is an FFL?

An FFL is a Federal Firearms Licensee. In this site’s workflow, a verified receiving FFL accepts an FFL-routed shipment and conducts the required in-person transfer process.

Can a firearm be delivered to my home?

No. A product marked “FFL transfer required” is routed to a verified receiving dealer, not the customer’s residential or ordinary shipping address.

Is placing an online order the same as passing a background check?

No. An online order is not a firearm transfer, background-check result, eligibility determination, or promise of release. The receiving dealer completes the applicable process and decides whether lawful release may occur.

How do I select or change a receiving dealer?

After the cart, use the dealer-selection step to choose a destination you have contacted. If a change is needed, contact Gun Bunny before shipment so the replacement dealer can be confirmed and verified.

Does directory inclusion guarantee dealer acceptance?

No. A directory record does not show current hours, item-type acceptance, transfer capacity, fees, or an agreement to receive your order. Contact the dealer first.

Are the receiving dealer’s fees included?

Dealer transfer fees and local charges are separate unless checkout expressly identifies them as included. Ask the dealer about its current fees before ordering.

What identification or documents should I bring?

Ask the receiving dealer. Requirements vary by item, age, residence, jurisdiction, and dealer procedure. Do not upload identity or eligibility documents to Gun Bunny’s contact form or order notes.

Who completes Form 4473 and the background check?

The receiving dealer handles the required transfer records, identity review, background-check process, waiting periods, and other applicable requirements. Gun Bunny does not complete or pre-approve that in-person process.

How long does a transfer take?

There is no universal timeline. Order processing, shipping, dealer check-in, background-check status, waiting periods, and local procedures all affect timing. Wait for the dealer to confirm the item is ready.

What happens after a delay, denial, dealer refusal, or non-pickup?

The receiving dealer controls its process. Contact Gun Bunny promptly about the order. Any return, cancellation, freight, or documented dealer costs depend on the order status, disclosed terms, and applicable law. Federal NICS denial questions or challenges follow the FBI process.

Can someone else pick up my order?

The actual transferee or buyer must complete the dealer’s process. Do not order a firearm for another person or ask someone else to appear as the buyer.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns

How are mixed firearm and non-firearm orders delivered?

Items can follow separate routes. Eligible merchandise goes to the approved customer shipping address, while FFL-routed items go to the verified receiving dealer. Split shipments, tracking, and charges are shown or confirmed for the order.

Where can ammunition, magazines, or restricted accessories be shipped?

Eligibility varies by product and destination. The site applies configured restrictions, and the order is reviewed before acceptance. Gun Bunny may request clarification, remove an ineligible item, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled lawfully.

When can I cancel or return an order?

Contact Gun Bunny as soon as possible. Eligibility depends on the product class, condition, shipment status, dealer acceptance, manufacturer restrictions, and the terms disclosed for the order. Never send an item back without return authorization.

What should I do about damage or a missing item?

Keep the packaging, photograph the condition, preserve tracking information, and contact Gun Bunny promptly. For an FFL-routed shipment, ask the dealer to document visible carrier damage before the transfer is completed.

Support, privacy, and current rules

Where can I check current laws and transfer rules?

Start with official ATF, FBI, state, and local government resources, then confirm the exact item with the receiving dealer or qualified legal counsel. General site content is not legal advice.

How does Gun Bunny protect order and transfer data?

Gun Bunny limits collection to information needed for site operations, ordering, support, security, and dealer routing; uses reasonable safeguards; and shares information only for stated operational, legal, or service-provider purposes. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I contact support or request a correction?

Use the Contact page. Include an order number or product URL when relevant, but never send payment credentials, passwords, identity documents, Form 4473 data, or full license images.
