Effective and last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern access to Gun Bunny and requests to purchase products through the site. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order.

1. Site operator and contact

“Gun Bunny,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator identified in the site’s order and business communications. Customer-service, legal, accessibility, and privacy inquiries may be submitted through the Contact page. These Terms apply only to Gun Bunny, not to independent receiving dealers, manufacturers, carriers, payment providers, or linked sites.

2. Eligibility, lawful use, and actual buyer

You may use the storefront only for lawful purposes and may submit an order only if you have legal capacity to enter the transaction, meet every age and eligibility requirement applicable to the exact product and destination, and are not prohibited from possessing or receiving the item.

For a firearm order, you must be the actual transferee or buyer. Do not purchase for another person who is the true buyer, provide false information, evade a product or destination restriction, or ask another person to complete the dealer transfer in your place. A gift must comply with all applicable requirements and cannot be used to conceal the actual buyer.

3. Accounts and information accuracy

You are responsible for accurate, current account, billing, shipping, and dealer-destination information; for safeguarding account credentials; and for activity performed through your account. Notify Gun Bunny promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Gun Bunny may suspend access reasonably necessary to investigate security, fraud, legal, or policy concerns.

4. Product information, pricing, and availability

Product titles, images, specifications, compatibility statements, prices, and availability are provided for the exact listed configuration and can change. Review the SKU, model, caliber or fitment, capacity, finish, and included contents. Manufacturer names and images remain their owners’ property and do not imply endorsement.

Gun Bunny works to correct material errors and will not knowingly substitute a different configuration without consent. If an error affects an order, Gun Bunny may request approval of the corrected terms or cancel and refund the affected item.

5. Order acknowledgment and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment, order number, or payment authorization does not mean the order has been finally accepted or that a regulated transfer is approved. Acceptance remains subject to product availability, payment, fraud review, destination eligibility, taxes, order limits, and—where applicable—receiving-dealer acceptance and credential verification.

Gun Bunny may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including an unavailable or mispriced item, failed payment, suspected fraud or diversion, inaccurate information, prohibited destination, order-limit violation, receiving-dealer refusal, inability to verify the required dealer, or legal restriction. Any corresponding payment authorization will be released or amount refunded as applicable.

6. Payment, taxes, promotions, and fraud review

You authorize the displayed charges and applicable taxes through the payment method selected at checkout. Payment may be authorized before final acceptance and captured according to the order workflow. Promotions are subject to their stated scope and cannot be combined or applied retroactively unless expressly allowed. Gun Bunny may use reasonable fraud-prevention checks and request non-sensitive clarification; never send payment credentials or identity documents through a general contact form.

7. Firearms and other FFL-routed products

An online firearm order is not the legal transfer and is not an eligibility decision. A product marked “FFL transfer required” ships only to a verified receiving FFL. The receiving dealer—not Gun Bunny—controls identification, Form 4473, background checks, waiting periods, state or local documents, dealer fees, and the final decision whether the item may be released.

Contact the dealer before ordering. Directory inclusion is not acceptance. Gun Bunny verifies the dealer information required for shipment and may hold, redirect through a newly verified dealer, or cancel an order when acceptance or credentials cannot be confirmed. A dealer change must be approved before shipment.

8. Transfer delay, denial, refusal, non-pickup, and return

A transfer delay does not guarantee approval or establish a denial. If the dealer denies or refuses the transfer, or the customer does not complete pickup, the item must remain with the dealer. Contact Gun Bunny for an authorized resolution. Return freight, dealer storage or transfer fees, and other reasonable documented costs may apply only as disclosed and permitted by law. Gun Bunny does not control or retain an independent dealer’s fee.

9. Destination and product restrictions

You are responsible for using truthful information and complying with applicable law. Gun Bunny also reviews configured product and destination restrictions and may decline fulfillment when an item cannot be shipped or transferred lawfully. Site routing tools are informational controls, not legal advice or a guarantee that every jurisdictional rule has been identified.

10. Delivery, cancellation, returns, and risk

The Delivery Policy explains customer-delivery and FFL routes, split shipments, estimates, tracking, damage, failed delivery, cancellation, return authorization, and refunds and is incorporated into these Terms. Title, custody, responsibility, and risk are allocated as required by applicable law and the documented carrier or dealer handoff; these Terms do not shift a nonwaivable merchant responsibility to the customer.

11. Safety, storage, instructions, recalls, and warranties

Read and follow the current manufacturer manual, warnings, maintenance instructions, ammunition or compatibility requirements, and recall or safety notices. Store firearms, ammunition, chemicals, and equipment securely and prevent unauthorized access. Product-page information does not replace training, a manual, a qualified professional, or current safety guidance.

Any manufacturer or written product warranty is identified with the product or made available as required. Contact Gun Bunny before purchase if warranty terms are material to your decision. Nothing here disclaims a written warranty or implied right in a way prohibited by law.

12. Acceptable site use

Do not interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the service in a manner that harms others; impersonate a person or entity; misuse dealer data; submit unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or infringing content; or use the catalog to facilitate an unlawful transaction. Ordinary browsing, linking, accessibility technology, good-faith security reports, and honest consumer reviews are not prohibited.

13. Reviews, feedback, and submitted content

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant Gun Bunny a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and use that content to operate and improve the site, subject to the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. Gun Bunny may moderate unlawful, private, irrelevant, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content, but will not prohibit or penalize an honest review merely because it is negative.

14. Intellectual property

The Gun Bunny name, site design, original copy, organization, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Limited personal use of the site is permitted. Third-party trademarks, product names, photographs, and materials belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, attribution, commentary, or authorized commerce.

15. Third-party services and links

Independent dealers, manufacturers, agencies, payment services, and other linked resources control their own sites, terms, fees, decisions, and data practices. A link or directory record is not sponsorship, endorsement, legal advice, or a guarantee of availability, accuracy, or acceptance.

16. Disclaimers and limits

Gun Bunny provides the site using reasonable care, but changing inventory, third-party data, internet services, and legal requirements can cause interruptions or outdated information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gun Bunny is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from a breach. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Responsibility for breach

You are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by your unlawful use, intentional misrepresentation, infringement, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require a customer to reimburse Gun Bunny for its own negligence, unlawful conduct, or a responsibility that cannot be shifted under applicable law.

18. Governing rules, disputes, and severability

Applicable federal law and the nonwaivable law of the customer’s jurisdiction govern where required. Before filing a formal claim, the parties should use the Contact page to seek a practical resolution, without shortening any legal deadline. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.

19. Changes and entire agreement

Gun Bunny may update these Terms prospectively for service, legal, or operational changes. The revised version will show a new effective date, and material changes will receive additional notice where required. The Terms accepted for an order, together with the linked policies and order-specific disclosures, form the agreement for that order and do not override mandatory rights.
