This Privacy Policy explains how Gun Bunny collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you browse the site, create an account, submit a message, place an order, or select a receiving dealer.

1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to Gun Bunny’s website, storefront, accounts, checkout, contact forms, and related support communications. It does not control a receiving dealer, manufacturer, payment provider, carrier, or linked third-party website, each of which may use information under its own policy. Questions and privacy requests may be submitted through the Contact page.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and account information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, username, encrypted password credentials, and communication preferences.
  • Order and transaction information: products viewed or ordered, cart contents, amounts, taxes, shipment details, status, returns, support history, and payment method or transaction tokens supplied by the payment provider. Gun Bunny does not need full card credentials in contact forms or order notes.
  • FFL destination information: the selected dealer’s public business, location, and license-reference data, plus the destination and order status needed to route and audit an FFL-routed order.
  • Communications: messages, corrections, reviews, survey responses, privacy requests, and other information you choose to submit.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, requested URLs, timestamps, cookie or session identifiers, cart activity, and security logs.
  • Inferences and preferences: category, product, delivery, and communication preferences inferred from how you use the storefront, where permitted.
Do not submit transfer documents here.

Never place driver’s licenses, state firearm credentials, Form 4473 information, eligibility records, full FFL images, passwords, or payment credentials in a contact form, review, or order note. The receiving dealer and payment provider should collect sensitive records through their approved processes.

3. Sources of information

Information comes from you; your browser or device; order, payment, hosting, email, security, fraud-prevention, and delivery providers; receiving dealers; and public sources such as ATF licensee data. Gun Bunny may also receive corrections or status updates needed to keep a dealer destination or product record accurate.

4. How information is used

  • Provide the website, maintain sessions and carts, authenticate accounts, and remember preferences.
  • Review, accept, route, fulfill, deliver, cancel, return, and support orders.
  • Confirm and record the selected receiving-dealer destination for FFL-routed items.
  • Process payments, refunds, taxes, accounting records, chargebacks, and fraud or security reviews.
  • Respond to messages, privacy requests, product corrections, and service issues.
  • Debug, secure, measure, and improve site performance, accessibility, catalog quality, and customer experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce site terms, protect people and property, and establish or defend legal claims.
  • Send transactional messages and, with any consent required by law, marketing communications that can be unsubscribed from.

5. When information is disclosed

Gun Bunny may disclose the minimum information reasonably needed to:

  • Service providers supporting hosting, ecommerce, payments, email, security, fraud prevention, analytics when enabled, customer support, accounting, and delivery.
  • Receiving dealers and fulfillment parties to confirm a destination, arrange lawful shipment, resolve an order, or document the selected route.
  • Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, audits, insurance, claims, or protection of rights.
  • A business successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

Gun Bunny does not currently configure the site to sell personal information for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If production advertising or data practices change, this policy and any legally required notice, consent, or opt-out controls will be updated before that use.

6. Cookies and similar technology

Essential cookies and local storage support WordPress and WooCommerce functions such as security, sign-in, preferences, cart contents, checkout, and session continuity. These technologies may identify a session without directly naming a visitor. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if enabled, must be described in the site’s consent controls and can be managed through those controls or browser settings. Blocking essential storage can prevent account, cart, or checkout features from working.

7. Payment processing

When live payment services are enabled, payment information is submitted to the configured payment provider. Gun Bunny receives transaction status, limited payment-method details, tokens, and fraud signals needed to administer the order, rather than requiring full card credentials in ordinary site records. Review the provider’s notice displayed during checkout.

8. Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including active accounts and carts; order fulfillment and support; tax, accounting, warranty, fraud, chargeback, security, and legal requirements; dispute resolution; and backup integrity. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law. When information is no longer needed, Gun Bunny deletes, anonymizes, or securely isolates it where reasonably practicable.

9. Security

Gun Bunny uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including access limitation, supported software, transport protection where configured, monitoring, backups, and service-provider review. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Customers should use a unique password and promptly report suspected account misuse.

10. Privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and whether a law applies, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling; withdraw consent; or designate an authorized agent. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email without affecting transactional messages.

Submit a request through the Contact page and describe the right you wish to exercise. Gun Bunny may verify identity and authority, limit a response where an exception applies, and retain records that must be kept for orders, security, legal compliance, or claims. Gun Bunny will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right.

11. Children

The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. Gun Bunny does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Product-purchase age and transfer eligibility are separate and depend on the exact item and applicable law.

12. United States processing and third-party links

Gun Bunny operates for United States commerce, and information may be processed in the United States by service providers. Links to public agencies, manufacturers, dealers, and other sites are provided for reference; their privacy and security practices are their own.

13. Changes to this policy

Gun Bunny may update this policy to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The revised version will show a new effective date, and material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated policy, without limiting rights that require separate consent.
