Gun Bunny
Delivery Policy
Review Gun Bunny order processing, customer delivery, FFL-routed shipments, delays, address changes, damage, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

This policy explains how Gun Bunny reviews, routes, ships, cancels, and resolves orders. A “customer-delivery item” is merchandise approved for shipment to the customer’s eligible address. An “FFL-routed item” is a product marked “FFL transfer required” that may ship only to a verified receiving dealer.
1. Order acknowledgment and acceptance
An automated order number or payment authorization confirms receipt of the request; it is not final acceptance or a promise that an item may be shipped. Before acceptance, Gun Bunny may review availability, price, product configuration, payment status, fraud indicators, taxes, destination restrictions, order limits, and receiving-dealer acceptance and credentials.
If an order cannot be accepted, Gun Bunny may contact the customer for information, remove an ineligible item with consent, or cancel the affected item or order and release or refund the corresponding payment as applicable. Material price or product errors are corrected before fulfillment rather than silently substituted.
2. Destinations, service area, and rates
Eligible destinations, available methods, charges, order thresholds, and any delivery estimates are presented at checkout or in an order-specific communication. Availability can differ by item and postal code. Gun Bunny does not ship internationally, to a P.O. box, territory, or other destination unless that option is expressly offered for the exact order.
Taxes, shipping charges, adult-signature services, dealer fees, and other charges are shown separately when Gun Bunny collects them. A receiving dealer’s independent transfer fee or local charge is not included unless checkout expressly says it is.
3. Customer-delivery items
Approved merchandise is sent to the eligible shipping address confirmed for the order. Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility. Contact Gun Bunny immediately if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after processing or carrier acceptance. Carrier rules may prohibit rerouting or require a signature.
Ammunition, magazines, chemicals, restricted accessories, and age-controlled merchandise may have product-specific destination, carrier, documentation, signature, or quantity restrictions. Cart and checkout notices assist with routing, but every order remains subject to review under current requirements.
4. FFL-routed items
FFL-routed items are shipped only to a receiving dealer whose acceptance and credentials have been confirmed. They are not shipped to the customer’s residential or ordinary shipping address. The customer must contact the dealer before ordering and is responsible for understanding the dealer’s separate fee, document, timing, storage, refusal, and pickup policies.
Carrier delivery to the dealer is not notice that an item is ready for pickup. The dealer must receive and check in the shipment, then complete the applicable identity, transfer-record, background-check, waiting-period, and local process before any lawful release.
5. Mixed carts and split shipments
An order containing both delivery routes may be divided: customer-delivery items go to the approved customer address, while FFL-routed items go to the verified dealer. Products can also ship in separate packages because of availability, source, carrier, or regulatory requirements. Order communications identify available tracking and known split-shipment details.
6. Processing, tracking, and delivery estimates
Processing time occurs before carrier transit and can include payment review, inventory confirmation, destination screening, and dealer verification. Any shipment or arrival date is an estimate unless Gun Bunny expressly makes a specific shipment promise for the order.
When tracking is available, it is sent through the order contact information. Carrier scans can be delayed or incomplete. If Gun Bunny cannot meet a stated or legally required shipment period, the customer will receive the available delay information and any cancellation, consent, or refund choice required by applicable law.
7. Failed delivery, refusal, and return to sender
Incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refused packages, dealer refusal, or non-pickup can cause storage, rerouting, return freight, or other documented costs. Gun Bunny will explain the available resolution and any customer-responsible charge before collecting a new payment or deducting an amount from a refund, except where the law requires a different result.
If an FFL will not accept an item, contact Gun Bunny before shipment whenever possible. A replacement destination must be independently confirmed and verified; it cannot be treated as a simple residential-address change.
8. Damage, loss, and missing items
Inspect the package when permitted. Preserve all packaging, take clear photographs, retain tracking information, and contact Gun Bunny promptly about visible damage, loss, or missing contents. For an FFL-routed shipment, ask the dealer to document visible carrier damage before completing the transfer. Do not dispose of packaging or return an item until instructions are provided.
9. Cancellations and return authorization
Request cancellation as soon as possible. An order may be cancellable before processing or shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed after payment capture, dealer verification, carrier acceptance, or special handling.
Never send a product back without written return authorization. Eligibility depends on the product class, condition, safety considerations, shipment and transfer status, manufacturer terms, order-specific disclosures, and applicable law. Approved customer-delivery returns generally must be unused, complete, and in original packaging. Firearms after transfer, ammunition, opened consumables or chemicals, personalized goods, and used protective or safety equipment may be ineligible except for an incorrect, damaged, defective, recalled, or otherwise legally returnable item.
10. Transfer delay, denial, abandonment, or completed transfer
The receiving dealer controls the in-person transfer. A delay is not a denial or approval. If the transfer is denied, refused, abandoned, or not collected, contact Gun Bunny and the dealer promptly. The item must remain with the dealer and may be returned only through an authorized process. Once a firearm has been lawfully transferred to the customer, it is not handled as an ordinary merchandise return; contact Gun Bunny and the manufacturer about a defect, damage, warranty, or recall issue.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Timing depends on inspection, payment-provider processing, and applicable law. Original delivery charges and return costs are refunded when Gun Bunny shipped the wrong item, the item arrived damaged or defective, or the law otherwise requires it. Other authorized returns may exclude the original delivery charge and reasonable documented costs disclosed before authorization.
12. Mandatory rights and contact
This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If an order-specific disclosure conflicts with this policy, the term more protective of mandatory customer rights controls. For delivery, cancellation, return, or damage support, use the Contact page and include the order number without sending sensitive identity or payment records.
